Shipping information
We package every order with care and get it to you as quickly as possible, wherever you are.
Lagos
Standard delivery within 24–48 working hours. Instant delivery available via Uber Dispatch during working hours.
Outside Lagos
Nationwide delivery in 2–5 working days through our vetted logistics partners.
Tracking
Orders delivered outside Lagos receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.
Packaging
All fragile items are inspected and securely packaged with protective materials before dispatch.
Shipping fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
For large, bulky or delicate items that cannot be transported by motorcycle, an adjusted delivery fee may apply. We will contact you to confirm the additional cost before dispatch.
If the delivery fee selected at checkout is insufficient, the outstanding balance must be paid before your order is dispatched.
Order tracking
For orders delivered outside Lagos through our logistics partners, your tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for eligible items that are:
- Unused and undamaged
- In their original condition
- In their original packaging
Items delivered in good condition are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@guniluxeliving.com with your order details and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and provide the appropriate resolution.
